PRIMARY FUNCTION

Achieve counter sales goals and business objectives through:

  • Motivate Beauty Advisors (BAs) to maximize theBrand’s retail sales

  • Efficient management of daily counter operations

  • Good management of stock inventory

  • Development and supervision of BAs

  • Marketing set up details and point of salesexecution for product launch and promotions

  • Implement, execute and monitor incentive programsfor BAs

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Sales

  • Coach and works closely with BAs at the counter to increase retail sales

  • Review sales targets and performance of top doors on a monthly basiswith Area (Brand) Sales Manager (ASM)

  • Analyze performance of business vs sales objectives

  • Provides input for product ordering, product mix and assortment

  • Inform ASM of stock issues and coordinate with retailers and warehouseto solve problems.2)Marketing

  • Coordinate and execute setting up details relating to High ProfilePromotions and in-store programs and promotions

  • Provide feedback on marketing opportunities andidentifies marketing potential for new andexisting products

  • Ensure brand and counter image as well as visual merchandising are inline with brand standards and philosophy

  • Monitors and identifies marketing potential for new and existingproducts

  • Co-ordinate, liaison and execute all setting up details pertaining toHigh Profile Promotion3)CounterManagement and Visual Merchandising

  • Co-ordinate all Visual Merchandising materials and counter hardware forall POS

  • Plan counter merchandising planogram according to global guidelines

  • Manage new counter opening and renovation

  • Manage visual change and focused counter displays according to global VMguidelines4)Supervision and Team Management of Consultants

  • Assist ASM in the recruitment of Beauty Advisors and ensure sufficientstaffing coverage for the counters

  • Conducts on-counter orientation and elementary product training for new BeautyAdvisors to enable them to perform their job until formal training is organizedby the Training Managers

  • Evaluate the performance of consultants and work closely with trainingmanagers to enhance product knowledge and sales technique to improveperformance

  • Ensure BA upheld grooming standards of the brand5)Administration

  • Raise no-charge product orders

  • Generate sales reports

  • Place orders for uniforms of Beauty Advisors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience or ageneral degree with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably inthe travel retail industry or high-end cosmetic industry

  • Fluent in English Mandarin

  • Well groomed

  • Good organization and communication skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel

  • Willingness to travel: 50% travel frequency

  • Proven sales track record
