The Manager, Global Retail Experience will
support with the definition of the consumer journey and experience both offline
and online across multiple channels and business models.The Manager, Global Retail Experience will report to the Director, Global Retail
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGY AND ANALYSIS
Contribute to the creation and implementation of the Global JML retailstrategy and action plan
Gather information on retail trends and in partnership with JMLfunctions make recommendations on which trends are relevant for JML
Work closely with International and regions to manage Test &Learn roll out calendar, ensuring data is collated and findings shared within atimely manner.
RETAILEXPERIENCE & CONSUMER JOURNEY
Adopt a project managerrole to key retail initiatives ensuring scope of projects are communicated to allrelevant team members and timelines are set and tracked.
Support the test and roll-out of new consumer experiences with newand existing consumers; focused on self-navigation or Stylist-led interactions,tracking results.
Support the role out of various in-store elements (evergreen VM,boutique collateral, events toolkits, etc.) through the ownership andmanagement of the Boutique Collateral Offering working with all stakeholders ina timely manner.
Propose actionable and measurable recommendations to improvecustomer’s engagement at all Retail touchpoints.
Create toolkits andguidelines to drive consistency at store level
Work closely with Retail Experience & Omnichannel Manager toensure the Retail Experience is considered in every campaign, launch andinitiative, updating the Director, Global Retail Experience and update the New Retail Experience Opening Door List on aweekly basis.
COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING
Manage and maintain Retail Marketing calendar with International, ConsumerEngagement and Product marketing stakeholders.
Develop guidance and toolkits for the regions to activate theretail initiatives. Work closely with International to track execution, gatherfeedback and adjust where needed.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders from key departmentssuch as, Store Design & Visual Merchandising, Retail Events, ProductMarketing, Consumer Engagement, Global Education and Finance to ensure aholistic approach across retail experience initiatives.
Work with Manager, Global Retail Experience & Omni to launchand manage a Retail Innovation Newsletter.
Spend a day a month working across different retail formats togain insight and further understanding that could inform initiatives andevolution of the retail experience and consumer journey.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Position requires 5 years of retail experience with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work and think independently in a fast-paced environment with a strong creative focus.
Retail industry and international experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work with data efficiently and effectively.
