OBJECTIVES

Prepares, conducts, and monitors training to ensure quality performance of BAs / Consultants.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Ensures Customer and Market Growth

Conducts all education of beauty advisors/consultants, including basic training in product knowledge and work system requirement; Training sessions for new product and color launches, and all other refresher, intermediate, and advanced training course as required by line management.

Evaluates performance of beauty advisors/consultants working at counters to ensure high standard of knowledge and performance.

Prepares and implements schedule for Beauty Advisors.

Maintains/executes up to date comprehensive information system on all training/education materials relating to product knowledge,

Display concepts, sales techniques, promotion programs, and system/Procedural requirements.

  1. Manages Operational Effectiveness

Liaise with Brand manager to ensure materials necessary for training programs and beauty advisors are available as required.

Maintains close contact with Marketing, Sales, Public Relations on current and upcoming programs to assure proper focus and accurate information

Manage the training budget

  1. Improves Business Processes

Identifies ideas for new training program/activities and shares with Brand manager.

Interfaces with sales force and visits stores on a periodic basis.

Solicits and compiles feedback from field personnel as it relates to training.

Evaluate training program. Recommends improvements or change.

Provides leadership, guidance and management to staff

Shapes environment to foster open communication and teamwork

Elicits diverse points of view and acknowledges the views and contributions of others

Maintains appropriate communication with different functional areas of the brand, and with the region and HQ when required

Qualifications

Education

University level education or equivalent

Experiences

8 years of education experience within the cosmetic industry
