Corp. CRM & Analytics Assistant Manager

The Purpose of this role is to leverage CRM & data analytics to discover opportunities or solve business questions for ELCA Korea and its Brands. This role should deliver insightful and actionable analytics projects based on brand objectives and current context for brands leveraging cross functional data sources.

  • Identifying local CRM analytics needs and drive the process of running analytics and effectiveness projects in collaboration with the regional CRM team to address business issues and opportunities

  • Conduct campaign performance analysis (with standardized KPI and measurements) CRM campaigns.

  • Leverage a combination of insourced tools and external agencies to conduct analysis over consumer. Media, social digital and competitive databases to address specific business requirements and questions

  • Educate brand teams and facilitate best practices sharing across brands to foster the adoption of CRM practices in overall business processes

  • Develop cross brand analytics and insights based on consumer and market studies to support GM and brand teams.

  • Work collaboratively with other corporate and brand teams including Online and Marketing. Design analyses and reports that bring together different disciplines to address business issues

  • Manage local CRM vendor services / internal processes in terms of database management, analysis and implementation of CRM programs

  • Set up and deliver regular production KPI reports and executive dashboards for ongoing management review

  • Understand ELC Marketing goals, roadmap, current plans and projects

  • Understand the Regional and ELCA Korea business strategy

  • Support other corporate marketing initiatives and on-going projects. Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by manager


Skills & Experience

  • 5years of experience in CRM and consumer data analysis

  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Being able to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously is essential

  • Project experience with ability to manage external agencies and internal IT teams

  • Good verbal and written communications skills

  • Have a collaborative work-style and results driven attitude

  • Experience in conducting end-user training is preferred

  • Knowledge in social/digital measurement and web analytics is a plus

  • Able to autonomously lead analytics projects from inception to conclusion

  • Understanding or experience in retail analytics would be advantageous

  • Broad / strategic thinker: Strong Analytical mind and Conceptual Thinking, Innovative

  • Strong Communicator: Persuasive and engaging, Work cooperatively with peers, management and other departments.
