Description

Travel Retail Europe, Middle East and Africa wish to appoint an Account Coordinator to manage the day to day activities of Clinique and Origins in Germany, Netherlands and Eastern Europe. The role reports to the Area Sales Manager in charge of Heinemann and specifically covers Frankfurt, Munich, Amsterdam and Vienna airports, four of the key airports for Clinique & Origins business in EMEA.

The role is responsible for the achievement of sales goals through the implementation of the brand and corporate strategy. It involves establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key stakeholders including our retail partners, Head Office departments, Education team and Field teams of other ELC brands both in Travel Retail and domestic markets. The conception and implementation of events and promotions relevant to the travelling passenger is key.

Qualifications

The role involves leading one of the largest teams in the Travel Retail division including the recruitment, coaching, development and management of a high calibre team of Clinique Counter Managers and Consultants and Origins Guides. Education skills including teaching of sales behaviours with a sharp-eyed retail mindset is a must-have. The engagement, motivation and training of the generic staff is also key to the role.

The right candidate will possess a positive and energetic approach with an open mind to test and learn new projects and new and better ways of delivering sales objectives. Excellent people management and leadership skills combined with strong commercial awareness and computer literacy are required.
