The Sales Executive is responsible for implementing sales plans and marketing activities while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and store presentation in line with guidelines provided by the Brand.
Display excellent customer services skills to the team.
Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.
Implementation and achievement of sales plan, monitor results and take immediate action need basis.
Work with Sales and Education Managers to achieve productivity targets of the Brand
Works with Sales & Education Manager on continuous monitoring of stock levels, product assortment/ mix to correct inventory level.
Provide recommendations regarding inventory management
Ensure proper that marketing activities are executed on location as planned.
Ensure all marketing collateral used at location are within guidelines as provided by Marketing team.
Work with Marketing team to ensure proper training for sales force in order to uphold merchandising expectations and develop standard of visual excellence.
Monitor merchandising by location to ensure adherence to standards.
Train store manager to assist with event implementation.
Attend marketing events.
Human Resource Management
Ensure complete staffing of counters/ stores at all times, ensuring that the quality of field force is according to brand standard.
Provide ongoing training to empower store managers/supervisors to run their business.
Provide clear and constructive feedback on a regular basis to sales forces on their job performance.
Provide an atmosphere that motivates encourages and challenges the field force to achieve targets.
Work with Sales and Education Manager to review, approve and conduct performance reviews for the field force
Periodically review staff rotations to cover peak customer traffic times.
Conduct progressive employee discipline
Establish and maintain positive relationships with Retail Partners; updating them regularly on new initiatives and following up on team performance.
Communicate clearly the customer service objective to the field force
Responsible for all new store openings.
Monitor in store expenses, returns, testers etc.
Bachelor’s Degree of Business Related Course
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Excellent communication skills
People management and leadership skills
Good working knowledge on computer software
Good coordination skills
Has the ability to drive sales results
Professional attitude and ability to flexible and deal with change.
Strong in numbers, particularly sales management
