Position: The Estee Lauder Companies Presidential ManagementAssociate Program

The Estée Lauder Companies is comprised of great brands,

great people and great ideas. The Presidential Management Associate Program was

designed to provide exposure to the many disciplines within the Organization in

a variety of Brands, Regions and Functions. After a series of customized

rotations and job assignments, there is job placement that will accelerate

career growth. This Program is rooted in the core mission of The Estée Lauder

Companies…“ Bringing the best to everyone we touch.”

The Presidential Management Associate Program is an

intensive, highly competitive two-year rotation program designed to attract top

global business school graduates to pursue an accelerated pathway of career

development. The program consists of four 6-month long rotations designed to

make the participant well-rounded and knowledgeable in a particular functional

area of the business.

AsiaPacific PMA

The Asia Pacific PMA program

focuses on developing capabilities based on the business needs and priorities

within the APAC regional. The APAC PMA may work on different tracks such as General

Management, Marketing, Consumer Engagement etc to develop comprehensive

understanding of ELC business or area of the business with rotations to

different locations including headquarters in New York or regional office in

Hong Kong to work on different disciplines such as Branding,

Marketing, Sales, and Finance etc. Positions

in Singapore / Hong Kong and China are available.

rotation assignments and placement

Placement at End

Permanent Placement at the end of the Program based on existing

business needs the participant’s evaluations, rate of development,

contribution, and previous work experience.



MBA degree. Minimum 5 years’ work experience with a

demonstrated record of achievement. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability

to lead, motivate and influence others. Strong change management and business

acumen skills.

Language proficiency:

Strong command of English and for applicants who are

interested in the role for China proficiency in

Chinese (both written and spoken) is a must.
