Product & Retail Marketing Manager - JML/TFB
Brand: Tom Ford Beauty
Provides marketing direction and execution support across all product categories
Tailors and coordinates product marketing calendar, strategies and initiatives to local needs, while protecting Brand equity and ensuring execution excellence
Tracks and evaluates the performance of respective products/categories, provides recommendations and works with team and regional to set objectives for respective category growth
Works closely with team and DP team to do the appropriate forecast to meet market needs.
Analyze sell-in/through information, market feedback and competitor information on an ongoing basis to brand and regional.
Fosters regular communication of marketing-related topics with all relevant cross-functional teams: PR, Forecasting, VM, Store Design, Online, Education
Estimate and control budget to optimize maximum ROI as well as ensure operational budgeting process.
Oversees and orchestrates Brands’ digital marketing, social media, CRM, CI and paid media activities to create a consumer focused and consistent brand experience
Uses CRM- and CI-based insights to build programs to drive sales and customer acquisition
Helps to develop the Brand’s CRM calendar and campaigns
Ensures all consumer facing programs/offers are consistent with the omnichannel expectations of our consumers
Any other responsibilities as instructed by the company.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
5 -8 years of experience in developing marketing strategies, preferably from retail industry
Strong management skills, analytic skills and presentation skills
Great Command of English
