Description

PrincipalObjective:

Holds primaryaccountability for developing and implementing Online and Digital objectives,plans and programs for the Affiliate Brands. This includes creation of Online Marketing Calendar, SEM/SEO, Digitaladvertising. Effectively management and maintenance of brand e-comm sites. Ensures, coordinates and follows-up one-commerce execution. Evaluates results andprovides feedback to Online Brand manager. Provides stronf support all Affiliate Brands in terms of Social andDigital Media management.

1. MarketingGeneralist

  • Manage sample inventory and online marketingofferings as it relates to samples at checkout, unique promo box offers oroutside partner sampling programs.

  • Responsible for keeping track andupdating monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates toexternal partners and internal team

  • Create reports to analyse marketingresults. Run analysis of sales, traffic and conversion.

  • Coordination of digital marketingcalendars with regional and affiliate brand teams.

  • Agency relationships for SEM, SEO anddigital ads.

  • Montly AOB reporting

  • Provide general support to thecorporate online director/manager.

2. MonthlyRefreshes

  • Responsible for asset collectionbetween the Online group and Marketing Dept. to coordinate new product launchinformation, visuals and copy transcription into web database / productmanagement system (.NET tool).

  • Responsible for the update of therefresh schedule and Brand online sales & marketing calendar for Brand siteas well as all Retail Partners; including product launch activation dates andchanges managed via .NET.

  • Assist with content doc creation formonthly refreshes and digital production agency.

  • Create and manage updates on allproduct launches in new product worksheet, including changes to, launch dates,product metrics, shade and product names as well suggested retail price.

  • Manage online gift sets, includingallocation and photography

  • Regular Update of interactivetools (skintype tools, foundation finderetc) in line with relevant product launches

  • Maintain accurate store listings andlocal events online.

  • Ensure the correct implementation fortracking tags on the web site in coordination with regional engineering teamand external partners

  • Responsible for e-comm pre-launchpreparations: Translations, video content creation and testing process’.

3. EmailMarketing Support

  • Provide brief to agency onobjectives, look and feel and project timeline

  • Manage the featured email assettransfer to design firm and testing

  • Create all ad track links as neededfor email analysis and sell thru tracking.

  • Set-up and track all offer codes usedin-conjunction with emails and online offers. Ensure accurate data entry into.NET to manage such offers and track for usage rates. choices to Brand manager.Reviews choice of media with Brand manager and makes specific recommendationsas necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant product marketing, online/e-commerce related experience, preferably in the cosmetics/fragrance business (in a similar or related industry)

  • Team-lead experience

  • Digital Advertising (Paid Media) knowledge; SEO/SEM, Performance/ ReMarketing, Paid Social, Email marketing

  • E-commerce knowledge; Basic KPIs (conversion, traffic, bounce and abandon rates)

  • Strong analytical skills; the ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize; problem-solving abilities

  • Creative/innovative thinking

  • The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time

  • Initiative

  • Excellent team player and interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with all levels within an organization

  • Self-motivation; High energy level; the ability to work independently
