Principal Objectives

-Hold primary accountability for developing and implementing marketing objectives, plans and programs for Brand products.

-Reinforce brand image and establish the leading position in luxury skin care industry


  • Extend job function to overlook sales operation during the absence of Sales manager. Supervise and communicate with field staff to develop program for VIPs

  • Work with Brand General manager to develop marketing and sales objectives, plans and budgets

  • Consider global Brand objectives and offerings, and local market/ competitive trends to make product selection, promotions, positioning, advertising and media planning.

  • Analyze the business, evaluate competitive challenges, and identify opportunities for growth

  • Ensure strong execution of marketing plans and major launches

  • Oversee forecasts to ensure planning accuracy and appropriate inventory levels. Recommend plans to reduce excess inventory levels

  • Maintain close contact with Training & PR on current and upcoming programs to assure proper focus and accurate information

  • Interface with sales force and visit stores on a periodic basis. Review complaints and suggestions relative to assigned products.

  • Identify opportunities utilizing new creative approaches and develop initiatives.

  • Provide leadership, guidance and management to staff

  • Clearly communicate priorities and required results with team

  • Maintain appropriate communication with different functional areas of the brand, and with the region and New York when required




University graduate or above.

Work Experience

  • 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the cosmetics business.

  • Team-lead experience

Professional Skills

  • Experiences of local (Taiwan) market is a must


Proficiency communication in Mandarin

English: Written and spoken fluently
