Principal Objectives

Hold primary accountability for developing and implementing marketing programs on the assigned product portfolio


  • Plan and execute designate product management, including pricing, COG,

monthly forecast, stock, sku management and product logistics related.

  • Plan and execute designate category management. Develop product mix strategy, set sales target & action plans and monitor, measure the performance in order to ensure the optimal product portfolio

  • Demonstrate excellent execution on project management

  • Post-evaluate the marketing programs by set objectives

  • Gauge, analyze, and trigger consumer behavior by CRM activities

  • Control the assigned A&P budget

  • Coordinate with sales/PR/education and logistics department on daily operation




University graduate or above

Work Experience

5 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in prestige cosmetic industry

  • Able to learn complicated matter in a fast moving path

  • Strong analyzing capability

  • Capability in translating consumer insights/marketing research/CRM analysis to marketing planning

  • Effective communcation skills

  • Effective planning and executive skills

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
