OBJECTIVES:

Member of newly formed Global Creative Operations COE. Responsible for implementing process and technology enhancements. Develop forward looking opportunities to continuously improve creative process and tools across all ELC brands.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Partner with global brands to drive operational improvements in the creative process.

  • Create forums for brands to share feedback on process and technology and identify key themes across brands.

  • Report on success of technologies and process improvements to drive key business metrics.

  • Identify best practices and issues and partner with brands and GCO team to resolve and implement.

  • Continuoulsy track and elevate key changes to process that are being implemented across brands.

  • Own materials for workshops and trainings for process and technology with the brands.

  • Support Executive Director on ad-hoc duties including but not limited to scheduling, building reports, and soliciting feedback and responses from brand and cross functional teams.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in process or project management, ideally in a creative organization (either agency or brand)

  • Experience working with project management and digital asset management tools ideal.

  • Ability to work closely with technical support functions to develop reports and/or dashboards

  • Excellent written communication skills and experience designing clear and concise templates/reports

  • Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and functions

  • Highly motivated self starter and team player.

  • Strong project orientation, works well with deadlines, great follow through skills

  • Quick learner of new concepts and technologies and can convert them into brand solutions.
