About the Role / Primary Responsibilities:
-Work with Director to create a comprehensive product plan to include: strategy, tactics, analytical reporting measures & specific objectives.
-Assist in leading conception, development and execution of product marketing.
-Spearheading product calendar innovation & core, product themes, innovation, working to get us ahead to planning 3 years in advance w/ proactive product pipeline.
-Develop with the consumer at the heart, a deep understanding and interest to bring the consumer “wants” into the development process, while simultaneously building the product with delivering on those wants in mind (messaging, effortlessness, how-to).
-The ideal candidate will have an innovative view of this, understanding the interactive marketplace and consumers deep beauty desires we now face is a much more dynamic, interactive atmosphere.

Product Launch Planning
- Manage the strategic and creative direction and projects. Provide input to the ED on the development of global/regional marketing product and support calendars, including an 18-month detailed plan and 3 year overview. Strategic analysis of competitive landscape & deep understanding of product environment.
This position will be an important member within BECCA’s Marketing team with a focus on propelling BECCA to become the ultimate Beauty Brand.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Global Beauty Marketing (
presently at a Manager level)
Must have strong leadership ability with experience in working with people - dynamic, flexible, positive attitude, and team spirit
Self-Starter attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills; organization, prioritization, and analytic skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity
Strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills
Innovative thinker & strong aesthetic sensibility
Brand-building skills with ability to successfully launch and execute innovative marketing programs
Experience /knowledge in emerging digital/social media platforms.
Energy, motivation, and a dynamic personality that blends well within a team
Impeccable attention to detail, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and be highly organized
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint building
