KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance

  • Take the lead role in responding to all North America boutiques and counters with any maintenance needs

  • Tier-2 support, after-hours and weekend on-call support (schedule base)

  • Directly work with the third-party vendors and general contractor to resolve any issues for FSS and Counter maintenance

  • Respond to maintenance request in a timely manner and coordinate repairs; follow up on completion

  • Develop the analytical practice in maintenance practice improvement

  • Manage maintenance contracts

Budget / Asset / Inventory

  • Update FSS and Counter opening budget chart with archiving invoices to submit for Finance reconciliation

  • Manage the department budget (T&E, Operation) and report/alert Directors if needed

  • Support Assistant Manager with the fixed asset reconciliation

  • Supervise the collateral and inventory management

Loss & Prevention / Health & Safety

  • Facilitate repairs or installations of security devices with the third-party vendor

  • Investigate for incidents with in-house security camera network

  • Set up / deactivate the security log in codes for the store team in timely manner

  • Manage / update all compliance posters in FSS

  • Train and support for cash handling with FSS and vendor

  • Setting up new account and track the schedule for cash service, fire extinguisher, hazmat collection, cleaning service

  • Prepare training material for all procedures

Store and Counter Openings

  • Coordinate tech / IT / security devices installation with third-party vendor

  • On-site opening set up for department stores; domestic travel of 4 – 5 days (must complete on-site work and existing tasks)

POS / IT

  • Provide Tier-2 support for all FSS and Counters, including after hour / weekend on call

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION

  • Valid legal status for traveling within US and Canada

  • US driver’s license

  • Able to travel (domestic)

  • Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup, Formula) in Mac OS

  • Physically capable of lifting packages up to 20lb, and able to perform physical labor standing all day
