Description

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the Regional Education Director in working with the Asia- Pacific region for Jo Malone London.

Skills such as data analysis, organizing large-scale Regional meetings, understanding Jo Malone London values and standards and being able to uphold them whilst working with the markets.

Being a leader & bringing value to Education teams, from liaising with markets and Global teams. Having previous luxury retail/ service experience to help grow & maintain Jo Malone London’s brand standards.

This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensures Regional Education Support

  • Ensure attendees gain thorough understanding and knowledge of Jo Malone London and including importance of Sales, Retail & Service expectations. Excellence in customer service and JML Services

Manages Operational Effectiveness

  • Help organize large scale business meetings, twice a year

  • Ensure transport, bookings, catering & appropriate gifts organized forattendees

  • Keep abreast of all education materials andupdate

  • Lead by example through being a brand ambassador at all times, development and reinforcement of brand expectations

Improves Business Processes

  • Effectively use tools such Teams and Zoom to effectively communicate with markets

  • Effectively manage administrative tasks, whilst ensuring the key focus is on people and performance

  • Clearly and consistently collate market Education KPI’s, AUS/IPT, Service Accreditation, Service metrics

  • Support Regional Director of Education in rolling out and following up on education strategies to drive the business

  • Support Regional Director of Education in expense management, travel itineraries and general admin needs

Leads and Develops People

  • Communicate with markets, updates from Global and Regional Education.

  • Understand Services and Service Accreditation within Jo Malone London.

  • Coach and develop Education Ambassadors to be leaders when in markets.

  • Provide insight and learning with focus around improving standards of brand experience and service models to drive high levels of experience at retail to all Stylists, including inspiring and motivating them to be the best.

  • Ensure uniform, grooming, social and brand guidelines are met consistently at all times.

  • Clearly communicate priorities and results within theteam

Workplace, Health and Safety (WHS)

  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves andothers

  • Cooperate with Estee Lauder Management in the provision of a healthy and safe workplace

  • Report any incidents or accidents as per Companyprocess

  • Undertake duties in accordance with the current Estee Lauder WHS principles, policies, procedures andobjective

General

  • General tasks as required by the ManagementTeam

  • To be determined by the Position’s ReportingDirector

Qualifications

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous teaching, luxury/prestige and retail experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with adult learning, with demonstrated coaching skills gained in a luxury retail or service relatedindustry

  • Effective teaching and coaching style with the solid ability to inspire and motivateothers

  • Confident in respectably partnering with Global and Affiliate teams

  • Excellent interpersonalskills and solution sellingskills

  • Professional presentationskills and quality customer serviceskills

  • High attention to detail and organisationalskills

  • Ability to work autonomously and contribute to theteam

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timemanagement

  • Proactive and positive approach to work andtasks

  • Good planning, organisational, analytical and decision-makingskills

  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and changemanagement

  • Ability to develop and deliverpresentations

  • Working knowledge of a computerised systemincluding: Microsoft Office application (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint,etc); Teams, Zoom. Experience with e-learning and Articulate 360 an advantage

  • Effective verbal and written communicationskills

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule andtravel

  • Be fit and agile to set up and break down meeting setups if required
